Delivery & Returns


We are open as normaL.

All orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre warehouse, where staff have been trained and strict measures have been put in place to adhere with government guidelines.  Read here for more.  

We will still aim to ship all orders  out on time from our warehouse, but unfortunately we have no control over courier delays.  We will continue to monitor the situation on domestic delays and keep you updated.

Courier services are still experiencing some delays due to the ongoing effects COVID-19 lockdown restrictions throughout the UK.  
Although they are working hard to deliver on time, please be aware that delays may occur with your deliveries, even if the next day delivery option has been selected.  

Due to resourcing issues, Royal Mail are experiencing delays and limited deliveries in some areas.  Please see their service updates for affected postcodes.

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.  Our fulfilment centre team are fully functioning, working hard, and making every effort to process orders as quickly as possible.


We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed.  This includes changing the delivery address or delivery method.

However it may be possible to cancel the order, if you contact us via email within 30 minutes of making the purchase (Mon-Fri 9-5pm).  If it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun, you can return your items/order for a full refund with our free returns service.



We currently only ship to Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland), using fully tracked courier services which have end to end tracking from the first courier depot through to the final destination for peace of mind.  You can track your order via the link in your order confirmation email.

As a result of changes due to Brexit, we regret that any orders placed to addresses in Northern Ireland will not be fulfilled, and will unfortunately be cancelled.

Our standard delivery time for GB orders is between 3-4 working days.  We also offer express next working day delivery.*

* Working days are Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Express, next working day delivery is available for GB orders that are placed before 1pm for £5.95.**  This is a 
next working day service if placed before 1pm Monday - Friday.  If your order is placed after 1pm on a Friday, your order will not be processed until the next working day (i.e Monday) and therefore will be delivered on Tuesday the following week. 

** Due to COVID-19 and increased demand, courier staffing levels are under pressure.   Although they are working hard to deliver on time, please be aware that delays may occur with your delivery, even if the next day delivery option has been selected.

Please understand that we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but are always on hand to help.  Do not hesitate to contact us at or via our online chat if you have a query.



Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address, including postal code.  Unfortunately we are not liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination despite correct delivery information being provided (within 10 working days for GB deliveries), please email us at  There is a 14 working day cooling off period (from date of postage) before we are able to take action on lost or missing parcels sent by Royal Mail standard delivery.

Who are our couriers?

We use the Royal Mail tracked delivery service, where you can track delivery of your order via the link in your dispatch email.  

Royal Mail are currently operating 'contact free' deliveries. 

Packaging information

Our cardboard boxes are made from forestry commission cardboard and fully recyclable, complete with paper tape.  Our robust, water resistant paper mailing bags are an environmentally friendly alternative to polythene bags and are 100% recyclable.



We are unable to process exchanges.  However, you can return orders to us within 30 days for a full refund, including the original delivery cost if you’re returning the whole order.  If you’re returning only part of an order, we will not be able to refund the original delivery charge.

In the interest of hygiene, some of our items have to fulfill certain criteria to be returned.  All items are inspected upon return.

Original Condition

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items cannot be returned for refunds if opened or any seals have been broken including:

  • Baby bottles/baby bottle sets
  • Baby bottle teats
  • Dummies
  • Teething toys/rings
  • Nappies, boosters and liners that have been washed

Returns will only be accepted for the above mentioned items if faulty.


  • Remain in the original packaging
  • Not have been altered or used in any way
  • Not have been washed

Please send us the products by:

  • Packing the products safely and securely.  All returned items should be sent unused, in their original condition and packaging including tags.  Returned items must not have been altered in any way.
  • Please include the packing slip in the parcel.  If you do not have the packing slip please enclose a piece of paper in your package quoting the following:  Huboo Ref 2843, {your name}, {your address}.
  • If you are using our free CollectPlus returns service, then you will receive the remaining return instructions in an email.  Please follow these carefully and remember to retain your proof of posting certificate until your refund has been processed.
    • If you are sending your return parcel to us by other means, please email us at with your return tracking details once sent, to let us know about your return, as we will not receive an automatic notification through the system.  Please send your item(s) to:

      Please remember to ask the Post Office or courier for a proof of posting certificate.  If your return doesn't reach us and you don't have proof of postage, regrettably we will be unable to process your refund.

      To qualify for free returns, please use the CollectPlus returns service outlined above.  If you pay for a different returns service, we will be unable to refund the cost of sending your return.  We would recommend sending your package to us by recorded delivery. 

      In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process your refund and may have to send it back to you.



      It can take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.  

      We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

      We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund has been processed.

      Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes up to 10 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.

      You have a legal right to return faulty or misdescribed products and receive a full refund for these items.  You also have a legal right to return your whole order to us and receive a full refund for the products if you send the whole order back to us within the period of 14 working days (cooling-off period) beginning the day after you received your order.
