Our BIBS small (110ml) glass baby bottle is made from temperature resistant borosilicate glass. Glass, the safer choice for baby, is free of harmful microplastics that can leach from plastic bottles.
The bottle nipple is produced from soft natural rubber latex and designed with an anti-colic valve. The bottle teat has been specially developed to match the nipple from the BIBS colour pacifier which promotes the right sucking technique for successful breastfeeding, and the bottle’s anti-colic valve ensures a more even milk flow, preventing colic and gas.
All parts are free of BPA, phthalates, polycarbonates, and PVC. Each bottle comes with a natural rubber slow flow bottle teat suitable for use from birth.
Recommended by midwives to support natural breastfeeding. Medium flow anti-colic natural rubber bottle teats are also available.

Our why to buy? A 2019 study by the World Health Organisation, found that babies drinking from traditional plastic bottles are "swallowing millions of microplastic particles per day."
BIBS glass baby bottles are thermal shock resistant, and can withstand extreme temperature changes, like boiling or freezing. After you’ve cleaned the bottle, the milk will not taste or smell of previous content.
We love that once the slow flow natural rubber teats included with these bottles have reached the end of their lifespan, they can be easily composted and returned lovingly back to the earth!
Good for baby and good for the planet!

INFO & CARE
First Clean
Wash the BIBS glass bottles in boiling water for 5 minutes before first use.
Subsequent cleaning
The latex nipple must be cleaned and sterilised before each use:
- Put the nipple in a clean bowl. Pour boiling water over the nipple
- Let it soak for approx. 5 min.
- Pick it up and let it dry on a clean towel
DO NOT use microwave sterilising or cleaning products or even dishwasher for the teat as it will break down the natural rubber latex. Renew the nipple after using it for 4-6 weeks for safety and hygiene reasons. Please do not leave the nipple in direct sun.
Further, always inspect the nipple before each use and replace the nipple at the first sign of damage or weakness.
The milk lock, screw cap, ring, and glass bottle can all be cleaned and sterilised by:
- Washing with hot water and soap or washing in the dishwasher
- Pour them with boiling water, to make sure all soap residue is gone
- Let all the parts dry completely before re-assembly
Microwave sterilisation
DO NOT heat any plastic parts or the nipple in a microwave oven. The glass bottle can withstand microwave heating, but we recommend that you washed it in the above-mentioned ways to ensure it is absolutely clean.
BIBS natural rubber products are not recommended for those with an allergy to latex.
